Property data
Each property requires a traceable source, current status, contact, rights confirmation and expiry or deletion rule.
Activation
StandIn may review, reject, suspend or remove profiles, data and assignments where rights, quality, security or legal requirements are not met.
Commercial model: activation, coordination and execution
Every property request requires an immediate activation payment of CHF 59.00 net. No review, partner coordination or operational processing begins before successful payment. Processing starts immediately after payment.
Optional remote or on-site consultations and later personal representation are separate services. Net amount, VAT, gross amount and the fixed canton fee are shown before the corresponding Stripe payment and appear as separate invoice items.
Partners, subscriptions and assignment
Only verified partners with an active subscription receive suitable requests. Suitability is based on region, property types, services, availability and subscription functions. A subscription does not guarantee a particular request volume, turnover or profit.
StandIn operates the technical and organisational platform. Brokers, property managers and agencies remain responsible for their mandates, property information, advice, negotiations and contracts. Before a personal appointment, the customer is informed who will actually execute it.
Cancellation
An unpaid request can be discarded without charge. Once processing has started, the activation fee remains due, subject to mandatory statutory rights. Optional consultations and personal appointments cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start are refunded together with the corresponding canton fee. Less than 72 hours before, these appointment items remain due.
AI assistance and limitations
AI may structure criteria, identify missing information, support matching and prepare summaries. It does not provide a binding valuation, legal advice, technical assessment, credit decision or autonomous contract conclusion.
