A concrete on-site appointment builds on an activated property request.
First, requirement and coordination are activated for CHF 59.00 plus VAT. The concrete appointment can then be booked with a time package, canton fee and requested documentation.

Attend in person, ask questions and document the result.
Representation
The confirmed executor attends the agreed appointment in person.
Documentation
Photos, recorded videos, notes, checklist and invoice remain organised in the portal.
Price and cancellation rules are fixed before appointment payment.
Time package and canton fee are shown separately. If cancelled at least 72 hours before the appointment, the appointment service and its canton fee are refunded; activation already processed remains due. Less than 72 hours before, appointment service and canton fee remain due.
