How StandIn works
You book my time and my personal presence at an already arranged appointment.
Check the property address
The address search confirms that the property is in the active service area and shows return travel and the complete price.
Obtain property-side approval
The responsible contact receives a secure link and approves access, photos, video with audio and an optional live stream. No approval means no payment.
Pay in advance
After approval, you pay the final amount by credit card. The payment provider is Stripe. The appointment then becomes binding.
StandIn attends
StandIn records arrival and uploads photos, videos and notes to the correct job.
Follow everything in the portal
You see new items as they are uploaded. Each file remains linked to its job and checksum.
Clear boundaryNo keys, goods, signatures, technical inspection or legal assessment. The result is structured documentation, not an official certification.
