Clear costs
Net, VAT and gross
All advertised prices are net prices. Before payment you see the net amount, 8.1 per cent VAT and the gross amount. Travel is based on the validated route.
Reserved appointment
Clear cancellation rule
You may cancel until the appointment starts. At least 72 hours before the start, the agreed cancellation fee applies. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours, the full invoice remains due.

What does StandIn do on site?
StandIn attends in person. The approved checklist is handled item by item. Photos, videos and notes stay with the job.
When is payment made?
You pay directly after the order through Stripe. Net, 8.1 per cent VAT and gross are shown separately first.
What does the property contact approve?
The contact confirms access. The contact also decides on every checklist item. Individual items can be approved or declined.
Is this a property inspection?
No. StandIn provides information and personal documentation. Technical inspection, valuation and legal advice are not included.
