STANDIN AND PROCESS

Activation, pricing, partners and representation

When does processing start?

Only after successful card payment of the mandatory CHF 59.00 plus VAT activation fee.

What does activation include?

Structuring, review, operational start, professional coordination and status in the customer portal.

Is a property or success guaranteed?

No. StandIn coordinates a professional process but does not sell a property, response or availability guarantee.

How do partners receive requests?

Approved providers can try StandIn for seven days with one active property. They then choose Starter, Pro or Business. Without an active plan, listings are no longer displayed publicly.

Who attends a personal appointment?

The actual executing party is confirmed before the appointment.

Are German and English available?

Yes, both languages are included without a language surcharge.

How are on-site consultations priced?

CHF 149.00 plus VAT for 60 minutes plus the fixed fee for the actual meeting canton.

What happens if I cancel?

Unpaid requests cost nothing. Once processing starts, activation remains due. Optional consultation items are refunded only under the stated timing rules.

Does AI make decisions?

No. AI structures information and supports matching, but does not make legal, technical, financial or binding property decisions.

Can StandIn help if I have already found a specific apartment?

Yes. A known property can be entered in the request. Appointment coordination, a remote consultation or personal representation with approved documentation can then be added.

Can companies search for apartments for employees?

Yes. Companies can record criteria, region, budget, move-in date and contacts in a structured request and coordinate the next steps centrally through StandIn.
