This notice explains how StandIn processes personal data.

Data we process

Account and contact data, company and UID data, property address, appointment, questions, approvals, payment status, email logs, photos, videos, notes, IP address, browser data and security logs.

Purposes

We process data for accounts, bookings, approvals, payments, appointments, documentation, invoices, support, security, fraud prevention and legal duties.

Photos and videos

Recordings are limited to the digitally approved photo, video, audio and live-stream scope. People are avoided where possible. Media is available only to authorised accounts and StandIn.

Service providers

Credit-card payments are processed by the payment provider Stripe. Microsoft Graph sends emails. Hosting and MariaDB store required data. Connected services check addresses and Swiss UIDs. Credit-card data is entered directly with Stripe.

Retention

Media is normally deleted 30 days after the job is completed unless a legitimate reason requires longer storage. Invoices and booking records follow legal retention periods.

International processing

Depending on the service, data may be processed outside Switzerland. Applicable legal requirements and suitable safeguards are considered.

Your rights

Within the law, you may request access, correction, delivery or deletion. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing. Legal duties and overriding interests remain reserved.

Security

StandIn uses protected folders outside the web root, authentication, role checks, secure cookies, checksums, logs and TLS after certificate activation.
