Terms and conditions
These terms apply to bookings made through standin.ch. Mandatory Swiss law remains reserved.
1. Provider and service
The provider is Management Consulting Mayr, Roman Mayr, Waldaustrasse 2, 9500 Wil SG, Switzerland. StandIn attends an already arranged viewing for a limited time and provides the agreed documentation in the customer portal.
2. Approval before payment
The customer arranges the appointment and names the responsible property contact. That person must approve access and recordings digitally. Payment and a final booking are not possible without approval.
3. Clear limits
StandIn does not inspect technical condition, building quality, legal matters, price or suitability. StandIn does not act as an estate agent, sign documents, hold keys, accept money or goods, provide security or transport. The report records visible impressions and answers received.
4. Price and payment
The total price is shown in CHF including 8.1% VAT before the order. Payment is made in full and in advance by credit card; the payment provider is Stripe. The booking becomes binding after successful payment.
5. Appointment and cancellation
After payment, the time is reserved. A customer cancellation, absence of the property contact or lack of access normally does not lead to a refund if StandIn is not responsible. StandIn may offer a new date but is not required to do so. If StandIn cannot perform for its own reason, the price is refunded or a replacement date is agreed. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
6. Consent and recordings
The customer confirms that approval may be requested. The property contact defines the permitted scope. People should be kept out of recordings where possible. Audio is part of video and live streaming only within the explicitly approved scope. Withdrawal applies to future processing, subject to legal retention duties and existing claims.
7. Customer duties
Address, time, contact details and questions must be correct. The customer ensures that the appointment exists and that an authorised person provides access.
8. Liability
StandIn remains liable where required by law. To the extent permitted, liability for slight negligence, indirect loss, lost profit and decisions based on limited visibility or missing information is excluded. No guarantee is given for completeness, rental success, suitability or property condition.
9. Portal and data
Portal access is personal. Content may be used for the booked purpose. The privacy notice applies. Invoices and booking records follow legal retention periods; media is normally deleted after the stated period.
10. Law and venue
Swiss law applies. Mandatory venues, in particular for consumers, remain reserved.
